Tournament Policies:
Registration Cutoff (Online and In-Person): 06:15 pm
All registrations made after 06:15 pm will be given a 1st round bye. No exceptions.
Refunds: A player can receive a refund up to an hour before the tournament starts. Players that do not show up do not receive a refund.
Titled Players: NM+ play free! Email info@texaschesscenter.com to register as a master (US Chess 2200+)
