Class Policies

Weather Cancellation

When schools cancel class due to weather conditions, we do our best to schedule a make-up session. While we’re unable to guarantee, we seek to find a suitable date that works with our schools

Make-Up Classes

Students cannot make up a class if they are absent during the predetermined program schedule.

Refunds

Refunds are only available before the 2nd day of the program. There are no prorated refunds for students who leave the program. Exceptions to this policy can be made upon request.
